Thirty sachets — a full month of daily reseeding, enough to carry you through the Establish phase and into the start of Nourish without running out. Take one sachet a day in water, or use sachets to make probiotic yogurt with the Incubator.

Mix one sachet into a small glass of cool water and drink — ideally in the morning, on an empty stomach. Single-serve; no refrigeration needed. You can also stir it into yogurt, food, or a smoothie.

For consistent reseeding through the Establish phase, take one sachet daily — the 30-Pack is about a month of daily use.

Prefer yogurt? One sachet plus 1 litre of full-cream UHT milk makes 4–5 days of probiotic yogurt in the Incubator (10–14 hours).
