Five days of human-origin probiotics, then prebiotic support to sustain what you've planted — a complete starter for the Establish and Nourish phases, with no protocol commitment required.

Mix one Probiotic sachet into a small glass of cool water (or stir into yogurt) and take once daily for the first 5 days — ideally in the morning, on an empty stomach.

Once you've completed the 5-day Probiotic introduction, add the Prebiotic to feed and sustain the colonies you've established.
