Mineral Chloride is a concentrated liquid of balanced magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium chlorides. These minerals are involved in hundreds of essential biochemical reactions that keep the human instrument functioning exactly as it has been intended. Add to water or juice and it’s absorbed rapidly. I find that this product reduces sore muscles, stops muscle twitches and reduces cramps. I like it.
I'm disappointed that over the years the instructions on the bottle have gone from 10 drops per dose, to 30 drops per dose but the price has remained the same.
