Cancellation policy
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Some Progurt products can be purchased as subscriptions through Recharge. A subscription is a recurring order. These Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms form part of the U.S. Terms of Service.
Important automatic-renewal notice
Before you place a subscription order, we clearly show the recurring price in U.S. dollars, billing and delivery frequency, automatic-renewal nature, applicable tax and shipping charges, and how to cancel. That disclosure appears in visual proximity to a separate, unticked consent control. By actively selecting the control and completing the purchase, you expressly consent to charges to the selected payment method at the stated frequency until you cancel.
Your acknowledgment
After enrollment, we send a durable acknowledgment you can keep. It restates the subscription price, cadence, automatic-renewal nature, next charge date, cancellation policy, a direct cancellation link and our business contact. We retain evidence of the disclosure and consent as required by applicable law.
Manage and cancel online
- Use your account — the direct self-service cancellation path is www.progurt.com/account.
- You may skip, pause, reschedule, change or cancel without a lock-in contract, penalty or cancellation fee.
- If you pause, the account shows the scheduled resumption and next charge date before you confirm.
- You are not required to telephone us, speak to support or create a new account to cancel. Any retention offer keeps a continuously available path to complete cancellation.
Cancellation and orders already charged
Cancellation stops any recurring charge that has not already been initiated; if a charge has already been completed, the related order is governed by our Refund Policy.
Recurring charges are initiated on the scheduled charge date shown in your account; cancelling before that date stops the charge. The schedule presented in the account must accurately identify the next charge, and nothing in this paragraph permits a charge initiated after an effective cancellation.
Price changes and renewal notices
We provide advance notice of a subscription price increase or other material renewal change within the timeframe and with the content required by applicable law. The notice identifies the change and effective date and gives a direct cancellation method before the change applies. We also send renewal or reminder notices where applicable law requires them.
Federal and state automatic-renewal standards
Our recurring-order flow is designed to comply with the federal Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act and applicable state automatic-renewal laws, including California’s Automatic Renewal Law. A direct electronic cancellation path is both a California requirement where applicable and our prudent design standard. We do not describe it as an operative nationwide Federal Trade Commission click-to-cancel mandate.
Payment failures and account details
Keep your payment method, delivery address and contact details current. If a payment fails, we may retry it in accordance with the schedule disclosed by the payment or subscription service and will notify you as appropriate. We will not use a failed payment to change the price or frequency without the required notice or consent.
Refunds and non-waivable rights
If a charge has already been completed, the related order is considered under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty, remedy or right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal or state law.
