The MEND™ Method: why order matters.
Gut health behaves like an ecosystem, not a machine. The sequence is the product.
Skip Mineralise and the new bacteria land in a hostile environment. Skip Nourish and they don't take root. The order is the protocol.

Human-origin strains (HPI™)
Developed as Human Probiotic Isolates™ — sourced from humans, for humans.
Over 1 trillion CFU per sachet
Concentration high enough to meaningfully reseed.
Support terrain first, then reseed in sequence
Mineralise → Establish → Nourish → Defend. The order is the protocol.
Dairy, soil, or animal-source strains
Not adapted to a human gut.
1–10 billion CFU per dose
Possibly too low to shift an unstable system.
Reseed first, hope for the best
No support for the terrain you're seeding into.
Every product has one clear job.
Seven products. One method. No guesswork about what does what.
Most first-time customers start with the Gentle Reset bundle — it covers phases M and E.

Common questions.
Is Progurt a probiotic or a protocol?
Both. Progurt is a probiotic product line (human-origin strains, 1 trillion CFU per dose), but it ships inside a staged protocol — Mineralise → Establish → Nourish → Defend — designed so the bacteria actually take root rather than passing through.
Why start with Mineralise?
If you reseed into an unstable terrain, the new bacteria don't survive. Mineralise stabilises pH, hydration, and chloride first — so Establish has somewhere to land.
Do I need to make yogurt?
Only in the Defend phase. The Incubator turns the probiotic sachets into fresh yogurt daily, which is the most cost-effective way to maintain long-term. You can also keep taking sachets directly.
How long before I notice anything?
Most customers report shifts in the first 7–14 days during Establish. Some changes are slower — gut lining repair and immune adaptation continue across the Nourish and Defend phases.
When should I add prebiotic?
After Establish, in week 3. Prebiotic feeds bacteria — give it to an empty gut and it feeds whatever is there, which isn't necessarily what you want.
What if I'm sensitive or react easily?
Start with Gentle Reset and follow the full Mineralise phase before introducing probiotic sachets. You can also halve doses and extend each phase.
Can I take Progurt if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication?
Consult your practitioner. The strains are human-origin and considered well-tolerated, but every situation is different and we don't make medical claims.
Is the Enzymes product a digestive enzyme?
No — it's not a digestive enzyme. Progurt Enzymes are a natto-fermentation-derived enzyme complex taken during the Nourish phase to support healthy circulation and blood flow. If you take blood thinners or have a bleeding risk, check with your practitioner first.
Why is Progurt more expensive than drugstore probiotics?
Two reasons: human-origin strains (developed as Human Probiotic Isolates™) cost more to produce than dairy or soil isolates, and our potency is 100× to 1000× higher per dose. We're priced like a clinical protocol, not a daily multivitamin.
Want the simplest start?
Start with the first two phases — Mineralise → Establish. Gentle Reset has everything you need.
