To me, salt is a requirement for the optimum functioning of the human body.
Living in the hot and humid Top End of Australia, salt is not a necessity and this alkaline deep sea salt is "hydration magic"

I have crappy circulation, I have low blood pressure. When I use the PH Caps with the Chlorides, I have no cramping, no eyestrain, good blood pressure, no dizziness, good hydration. I was sensitive to sunlight and now I don't even wear sunglasses ever!
