1 x teaspoon of Chloride in 8oz (200ml) of water or freshly pressed juice. One to three times daily, of an afternoon or 1 hour before bed. Or as required. Take between meals for better absorption. Please use in pure, non-fluoridated water.

I bought the Progurt Chloride after several months of drinking the Progurt Probiotic Sachets because I still had problems with intestinal gas (I love the sachets!). Adding the Chloride has helped. It is super-salty. And here's an unexpected thing - yes, the bloating/gas I have had has diminished noticeably - but also, it makes me feel full and uninterested in food. I tend now to take it in the late afternoon, before dinner, and it has effortlessly made me easily able to eat less at dinnertime. It is a happy surprise, because I also need to lose some weight.
