Directions

7 day protocol.
PH Caps: 5 x Capsules, three times daily, until pack is finished.
Probiotic Sachets: 1 x Probiotic Sachet (first thing in the morning on an empty stomach) in water or freshly pressed juice per day for 5 days, until pack is finished.
Chloride: 20-30 x drops in water or freshly pressed juice any time of the evening before bed.

I love this probiotic
This probiotic is the best I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot of them).
I make it with half and half yogurt in my yogurt maker.
I also have put the powder in capsules for my son.
Even my dogs like it and I think it helps them too.
