Making Progurt™
Follow these simple instructions to make Progurt™:
NB. It is important to maintain a close to sterile environment when
making Progurt™.
Also, remember to only use Ultra High Temperature (UHT) full-cream
milk.
1. Wash and dry both your hands and the stirrer,
2. Open a carton of UHT full-cream milk (minimum fat content 3.5% per
100ml),
3. Take one Progurt™ sachet and shake to one side,
4. Tear along one end and pour carefully into the milk carton,
5. Stir the milk and Progurt™ powder together with the stirrer
for approximately 30 seconds.
6. Close the lid on the milk carton and place it into the incubator.
7. Heat in the incubator for between 10-12 hours, according to taste.
You can now consume the Progurt™ warm or place it in the refrigerator
for a refreshing breakfast in the morning.
You can vary the incubation time to you own taste. The longer the heating
period, the thicker and more tart Progurt™ becomes.
